FAQ's
What are your shipping charges?
We have a minimum shipping charge of $4.00. For orders within the United States we charge 10% on orders up to $100.00, 8% on orders between $100.00 and $250.00 and 5% on orders over $250.00. Most shipments are sent by USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Bulky items are sent by UPS.

For International Orders
we normally send them by USPS. We will quote the actual shipping cost to you for approval before sending.

What payment do you accept?
We accept checks, money orders, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express as well as debit cards. Please note that checks must be made payable to Vidiforms Company.

What about Sales Tax?
We are based in New York and collect Sales Tax on all shipments within the state.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship most orders within 24 hours. Shipments to East Coast and Midwest addresses usually arrive in 2-4 days. Shipments to the West Coast can take 5-8 days.

Returns.
We stand behind our products and offer a no haggle policy for returns. .If you are not happy with your purchase return the merchandise within 30 days and we will offer a full refund of the purchase price, or an exchange, as you request. Returns should be sent to Vidiforms Company, 115 North Route 9W, Congers, NY 10920.

Do you have a store at your location?
We primarily have a warehouse location but you are welcome to our office to purchase any of our products. We are open most Monday-Thursdays 9AM to 4PM and til 3PM on Fridays. The office is closed on weekends.
